What is the standard shipping time for furniture?
Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces ship within 5-7 business days. Larger freight items may take 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Magnolia ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our home decor delivery to more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your delivery status through the 'Order History' section of your Magnolia account.
Are your textiles and linens machine washable?
Most of our linens are machine washable on a gentle cycle, but we recommend checking the specific care label on each product to ensure long-lasting quality.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm for larger furniture purchases.
