At Magnolia, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
